Baltimore, MD (May 18, 2017) – Wohlsen Construction Company, in conjunction with Springwell Senior Living and RLPS Architects, celebrated the official groundbreaking for Springwell’s Independent Living and Commons Addition on Tuesday, May 16.
The 144,000-square-foot expansion project will add a four-story independent living facility and a two-story commons building to the existing facility. The project increases the senior living community’s capacity by 123 units and adds various recreational, wellness, dining, and entertainment spaces. The project is slated for a Spring 2018 completion.
Wohlsen is excited to be a part of the project team that is working to help Springwell realize their mission to create “an extraordinary place to call home.”
