We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Project Architect to work full-time in our Baltimore office.
JOB CAPTAIN/ PROJECT DESIGNER
Ci is looking for Architectural Job Captain, with 5-7 years of post-graduate and Job Captain experience. The applicant should be a self-starter with experience in producing and assembling a coordinated drawing set. The applicant should be familiar with a variety of construction methods and materials as they relate to Ci project types. The applicant should display technical knowledge in developing building systems and construction details. They should have an understanding of engineering systems and documents and be able to coordinate these with the architectural design solution. The applicant should have good organizational skills, the ability to drive an intern production team and an understanding of the importance of drawing set and file structure, basic Revit standards, and overall print legibility.
Ci is looking for a licensed Project Architect, with 7-10 years of post-graduate and Project Architect experience. The applicant must be able to plan and execute projects, manage staff and consultants, interface with clients and consultants. The applicant must possess a thorough knowledge of construction methods and materials, codes, and the regulatory process. Administers construction contracts and conducts periodic on-site observation of work during construction phase. Required competencies include Microsoft Office and Revit. Revit and other graphic and 3D software capabilities are a plus.
Ci is looking for a licensed Project Manager, with 10-15 years of Project Management experience. The applicant must be able to plan and execute projects, manage staff and interface with clients, scheduling, and adhere to budgets. Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical to assure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. Manages multiple projects, coordinates all aspects of assigned projects, and estimated scope of work. The applicant should also be familiar with construction methods and materials, codes and the regulatory process. Required competencies include Microsoft Office products and Revit.
