Advocacy Action Alert: Baltimore City CHAP Tax Credit and Design Guidelines Updates

The AIA Baltimore Historic Resources Committee is looking for Baltimore City residents to advocate for Baltimore City. Historic Tax Credit, administered by CHAP, for residential properties.

AIA members and community shall engage in reaching out to City Council members to ensure that tax credits are extended and be best suited to address the needs of underserved communities in the city of Baltimore.

If you are a resident of Baltimore City, and would like to join AIA Baltimore and Baltimore Heritage advocacy efforts with Baltimore City Council on the CHAP tax credit, CHAP design guidelines updates, and to build awareness and support for historic preservation of places and sites in your home Council district, please fill out this 4-question survey.
