Job responsibilities include establishing and managing our clients’ budgets, developing master project schedules, and executing the project while managing the Project Team.
3 – 5 years of work experience in: architecture, interior design, engineering, construction, real estate development, or a related field.
- Understand design & construction
- Be able to read construction drawings
- The ability to manage teams of consultants, contractors, and third-party vendors
- Exceptional organization skills
- Proactive & capable of taking independent initiative
- Strong communication skills, oral & written
- The ability to lead a collaborative process
- Strong client skills
