Job Description:

Licensed/ unlicensed architect responsible for residential projects which include high end new homes, accessory structures, and remodels. Diverse knowledge of architecture practices for a wide range of projects. Acts independently regarding architectural methods and complexities. Ability to manage architects/technicians during the production of project. Taking a project from start to finish.

Experience Requirements:

• Eight or more years’ experience, licensure not required
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Architecture from an accredited program
• Strong Revit experience, rendering ability in Lumion or other programs
• Coordinates projects with client, consultants and vendors
• Excellent communication skills internally and externally with clients and design consultants
• Strong understanding of building codes and materials/construction methods

Salary Range: Based on experience and responsibilities – $75,000 – $85,000
