Baltimore, MD (February 28, 2018) – Ammon Heisler Sachs Architects (AHSa) is happy to announce that intern architect Katherine Duerr contributes technical and creative support on a number of AHSa’s major projects. Her project experience includes facilities for Mixed-Use Commercial Sites, Retail Developments, Higher Education Campuses, Healthcare, and Multifamily Housing Communities.  She completed her undergraduate degree in the esteemed five-year Bachelors of Architecture program at Carnegie Mellon University.  She applies her 3D modeling and advanced design skills to produce accurate and responsive construction documents for her clients.
Also recently hired, Patrick Porter has joined the team as a project architect. Currently in the process of achieving his architectural license, Patrick’s five years of experience designing for renovation and new construction projects allows him to apply his technical proficiency to all aspects of architectural design. He exhibits a strong capability for attentiveness to individual client and project needs and seeks to integrate architectural components uniquely according to specific project goals and vision. He has experience with multiple types of projects, including high-end commercial retail, offices, housing, and recreation projects.
Edgar David has joined the firm as architectural staff. Edgar is joining AHSa after 15 years of experience in engineering and architecture. He has completed projects for new buildings (shell, office & retail), 5-star hotels, custom houses, multi-family homes, medical facilities, condominium conversions, town houses, historic preservations, restorations, renovations, additions, community upgrades, restaurants, and miscellaneous tenant fit-outs. He possesses advanced skills in AutoCAD drafting, Revit Architecture and Micro-Station. He is committed to composing accurate construction documents and is a graduate of Angeles University with a Bachelor’s of Civil Engineering.
