Baltimore, MD (June 27, 2019) – Due to continued growth in the Baltimore and Northern Virginia region, Wohlsen Construction Company is pleased to welcome superintendent Joe McGinnis.
Mr. McGinnis began his career in construction in 1981. He has since worked as a layout engineer, estimator, assistant project manager, project manager, and superintendent, where he has gained vast experience supervising and managing multi-million dollar commercial and residential projects. As a Wohlsen superintendent, he will be responsible for managing and directing all field efforts on his assigned projects including managing the construction process, working with subcontractors, and ensuring safe and timely project completion. McGinnis holds a variety of certifications including Florida and Virginia Certified General Contractor, EPA Certified Renovator, OSHA 30 Hour, First Aid/CPR, and he is an FAA Licensed Pilot.
