Hord Coplan Macht Expands Practice with Addition of Veteran Healthcare Specialist


Baltimore, MD (October 10, 2019) – Hord Coplan Macht announces that it has added Tracey Graham, DNP, MSN, MSM, APRN, FNP-C, CEN, as Senior Healthcare Consultant, expanding its services in the healthcare sector.
Graham is a licensed Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s in Business Management and a Doctorate in Nursing. Her expertise will increase HCM’s capabilities to leverage the critical trends and challenges affecting healthcare, higher education and senior living institutions to improve the design solutions and consulting services that the firm provides.
“Tracey’s depth of experience and knowledge makes her an invaluable asset for the firm,” Hord Coplan Macht CEO, Lee Coplan, said. “She will be a resource for both clients and design teams to provide state-of-the-art information on drivers of design for healthcare.”
Graham has served as a former operational and clinical strategist, advanced clinician and prior hospital and health system administrator. She has also been a program and project manager and has led federal and private organizations, as a prior Airforce Officer and Healthcare Administrator and Certified Emergency Nurse with FEMA disaster management training.
Graham’s client list includes: Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, the Veterans Affairs Hospital System, Allegheny Health, Geisinger Health, the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, Vancouver’s Louis Brier Hebrew Home, and Hamad Medical Center in Qatar, among others.  She has also served as an adjunct educator at the University of Tennessee and the University of West Florida.
