2020 AIA Baltimore and Baltimore Architecture Foundation Spring Lecture Series Sponsorship and Advertising Opportunities

AIA Baltimore and the Baltimore Architecture Foundation (BAF) have been pleased to present the Spring Lecture Series for the past 40 years thanks to the loyal support of the architecture community. We are excited to continue this tradition with the 2020 Lecture Series, exploring the theme Unbuilt

The year is 2020. How did we get here and what could have been? How do we push the boundaries of what the future holds? The 2020 AIA Baltimore/BAF Lecture Series will explore the unbuilt. Lecturers will showcase and discuss their unbuilt, speculative, and/or dismantled work, including competitions, explorations, and research. The series will explore why projects go unrealized and create a dialogue about what could have been, what is, and what can be.

All lectures begin at 6:00 pm at MICA Falvey Hall of the Brown Center at 1301 West Mount Royal Ave. Continue the conversation after the lecture at the Brass Tap, located around the corner at 1205 W. Mt. Royal Ave. at the Fitzgerald. Drinks available for purchase. Light appetizers provided by AIA Baltimore.

By sponsoring this long-standing, important program for Baltimore’s design community and the public, your company will distinguish itself in a competitive marketplace. Each lecture draws an audience of 200-300 design and construction professionals and architecture enthusiasts. As a contributor to the 2020 Lecture Series, your company will be recognized in all of our promotional materials sent to an extensive network of industry and design professionals connected to the AIA and to architecture and design fans who support the BAF. Sponsorship includes regular recognition in our email promotions that reach over 8,000 people. We encourage you and your company members to attend the lectures and participate in the dialogue, and apply the lessons learned from our experienced speakers to issues of design and urbanism in Baltimore.

If you have given to our series in the past, we thank you for your generosity and hope that you consider our series worthy of continued support this year. If you are new to the AIA Baltimore community and Lecture Series, we ask that you consider becoming a new sponsor for our event. Thank you for your support!
