Penza Bailey Architects Welcomes Four New Employees

Baltimore, MD (February 16, 2017) – Penza Bailey Architects welcomes Adam Read, Reanna Rogers, Leah Penza, and Cynthia Stuber to the firm. “We have an amazing Penza Bailey Architects Team – meet our newest members!” said Laura Thul Penza, AIA, PBA Principal.
Adam Read, AIA joins the firm’s architectural staff as a Project Architect. Adam holds a BFA from NSCAD University in Halifax, Canada as well as a Bachelor of Environmental Design Studies and M.Arch. Degrees from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada. He has been working in the industry since 2008 with an interdisciplinary portfolio including Residential, Retail, Commercial, and Institutional work. Adam aims to understand a client’s objectives from the onset of a project to develop a methodology to meet and exceed these goals. He believes that true sustainability is rooted in thoughtful design, where context and function are integral to the vision.
Reanna Rogers, Assoc. AIA joins the firm as an Intern Architect. Reanna graduated from Morgan State University with a Master of City and Regional Planning, and a BS in Architecture and Environmental Design. Since 2012, she has been practicing architecture with a concentration in residential, including affordable and market rate multi family residential buildings, senior housing and private residences, as well as commercial and institutional architecture. Reanna strives to provide quality design across private and publicly funded projects. She is an associate member of AIA, a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity Chesapeake, and Baltimore’s Neighborhood Design Center. Reanna loves to travel and has a strong interest in real estate and public policy.
Leah Penza, Assoc. AIA also joins the firm as an Intern Architect. She received her BA-Arch and MA degrees from Miami University, in Oxford, Ohio. Leah has been practicing Architecture through summer internship opportunities since 2011, and full time since her graduation in May of 2016.  She is experienced in residential and commercial architecture, and is eager to grow and learn in this field. Leah greatly enjoys meeting with clients to realize their goals and ideas, in order to produce a beautiful and well-executed project.  When she is not in the office, you can find her snowboarding in the winter, or hiking and camping in the warmer months.
Cynthia Stuber joins the firm as their new Marketing Director. Cynthia has spent the last 20 years in the marketing industry promoting professional services, with the past five years specialization in the A/E/C industry. With a background in design, she brings to PBA extensive knowledge in brand development and marketing strategy and will serve as the primary marketing expert to the firm’s three principals. She is a graduate of Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia, and enjoys painting in her spare time and serving at her local church. Cynthia is an active member of SMPS Maryland, where she serves on the Communications Committee.
